Before you commission, please take note:

  • By commissioning the Artist, it means that you, the Commissioner, have read and agreed to the Artist’s Terms of Service.

  • The Artist reserves the right to decline a commission request.

  • Prices below are in SGD and for non-commercial purposes.

  • For commercial usage, please drop in an email for discussion.

  • Completion takes around 3 to 8 weeks from the starting date. It may take longer depending on the Artist’s schedule.

How do I purchase a commission?

Terms of Service

1. Copyright and Usage Policy

Artist’s Rights

  • The Artist holds the rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork. Hence, the Artist is allowed to upload the artwork on her social media and portfolio.

  • If the commission is a fanart, the Artist will be able to use it for prints/artbooks/merch.

Personal Usage

  • The Commissioner is allowed to:

  • Repost the artwork as long as proper credit is given with the watermark intact.

  • Use the artwork for personal use like profile pictures, banners, etc.

  • The Commissioner is not allowed to:

  • Edit the artwork on their own, nor have it edited by a third party.

  • Reproduce the copyrighted artwork and use it commercially for any sort of income or profitable means.

Commercial Usage

  • The Commissioner is allowed to:

  • Use the artwork for the commercial usage (such as logos, merchandise, business projects/banners/posters) that was agreed on.

  • Use the artwork for personal use like profile pictures, banners, etc.

  • The Commissioner is not allowed to:

  • Edit/resell the artwork, nor have it edited/resold by a third party.

2. Payment Information

  • Prices are in SGD, and are subjected to change.

  • Payment is upfront. The Artist will only start on the commission once payment is received.

  • The Commissioner is given a week (GMT +8) to pay once the Artist has sent you an acknowledgement email confirming your commission request.

Payment Methods

  • Paypal payments in SGD

  • PayNow (For local clients in Singapore)

3. Workflow

  • Completion is estimated to take about 3 to 8 weeks from the starting date depending on the Artist’s schedule and the complexity of the artwork.

  • The Artist will keep the Commissioner updated with screenshots of the progress until completion.

  • The Commissioner can ask for 3 revisions before the start of the line art process. Any revisions afterwards will cost 50% more.

4. Artwork Delivery

  • Upon completion, the Artist will provide the Commissioner with the watermarked and no watermarked versions of the artwork.

  • The Commissioner is advised not to post the full-sized artwork publicly to protect the integrity of the artwork.

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refund can be requested if the Artist has not started the commission.

  • 50% refund can be requested if the Artist is only at the sketching stage.

  • No refunds otherwise.

6. Contact and Communication

  • For commissions, communication is via email.

  • For inquiries, do drop the Artist an email, or a DM on her socials.

7. Confidentiality

  • The Commissioner and the Artist shall not disclose each other’s personal/contact details to any third parties without explicit consent from each other.
